The full vent run cleaned end to end, so your dryer runs efficiently and safely. A $149 fire-safety service, included.
Refrigerator coils cleaned, washer hoses inspected, dishwasher and disposal checked and freshened. The workhorses of your kitchen and laundry room, kept working like they should.
The $149 Founding Member rate covers a standard home, and I keep that definition generous on purpose: 1 HVAC system, 1 water heater, 1 refrigerator, the full kitchen suite, washer and dryer, up to 2 garage doors, and the standard plumbing, electrical, and exterior checks. That's most homes in Celina and Prosper, fully covered, nothing extra.
A pool or spa, solar panels, a second HVAC system, an extra fridge, freezer, or wine fridge, a casita or shop, a third garage door..... each one adds real time to a visit, so each one is priced clearly at signup. You'll see the exact number before you commit, and it's never sprung on you later.
