The problem

It is Friday in July and the A/C quits.

You Google someone. You wait three days. A stranger walks in, says you need a six thousand dollar system, and you have no way to know if that is true.

So you call two more companies, pay two more diagnostic fees, and lose the weekend guessing which one is lying to you.

The hard part was never the repair. It is not knowing who to trust, on the exact day you have the least time to figure it out.

The Home Systems Inspection

I spend a morning in your home and find every system you own. Then I write it all down, permanently.

  • Every warranty you still qualify for, registered. Most manufacturers give you 60 to 90 days. Miss it and a 10-year A/C parts warranty can quietly become 5. Almost nobody does this in time.
  • Every model and serial number logged and photographed, so nobody ever guesses about your house again. Not a contractor, not the next owner, not you.
  • Your Home Health Report, written in plain English. What is healthy, what needs attention, and what it will cost.
  • An honest answer about the Care Plan. If your home is a good fit, I will tell you. If it is not, I will tell you that too, and give you a straight quote to get it caught up instead.

If you join a Care Plan, half of your first month is on me. The report is yours to keep regardless.

Pick how much of the house you want off your plate.

Each level covers more of your home's systems. That is the only thing that changes. Count them and pick.

For a home with one A/C system and one water heater.

One text covers everything else. Something breaks, I find the pro, get the bids, and handle it. Those visits are free. If something I maintain fails, the first $500 is on me.

Bigger house?

Each additional A/C system or water heater is $30/mo on any level. A third garage door is $10. Solar Care is $42. A pool, casita, or shop gets a straight quote, never a surprise.

Maintenance is the easy half. This is the half you are really paying for.

Already vetted, already trusted. You never collect three quotes from strangers and hope you picked the honest one.

I do not sell air conditioners, water heaters, or roofs. I am the only person in that entire conversation who makes no money from your repair being big.

Your technician arrives already knowing your home, briefed on your file before pulling into the driveway. I moved my family to Celina to build something here, and my name is on every visit.
Straight with you

What this is not.

The fastest way to lose your trust is to let you assume something I do not actually do. So here it is plainly.

It is not a home warranty.
This keeps things from breaking and catches problems while they are small. When a part genuinely fails, the repair is quoted separately, and I will tell you what it should cost before anyone touches it.
Licensed specialty work goes to licensed hands.
Refrigerant, gas lines, walking your roof. That work belongs to licensed pros, and I would rather coordinate the right one than pretend it is mine.
Not every home qualifies.
This plan is built to keep a maintained home from slipping, not to dig one out. If your home needs a catch-up first, I will say so at the Home Record visit and quote it honestly. That is a better outcome for both of us than a membership that disappoints you.
Projects are their own visits.
TV mounting, ceiling fans, furniture, smart home setup, remodeling, landscaping, pest treatment. Some of that I do as project work, some belongs to a specialist. Either way it is booked separately and priced up front.
