This is the plain-language version of how we handle your information. No fine-print games. The short version: we collect only what we need to take great care of your home, we never sell your personal data, and you can ask us to show, fix, or delete what we have at any time.

APEX Home is the trade name of Apex Residential LLC, a Texas limited liability company (file no. 806563509), based in Celina, Texas. We provide home maintenance and setup services in Celina and Prosper, Texas. This policy covers our website at apexhome.care and the APEX Companion App at app.apexhome.care.

What we collect
We collect what we need to book your visit, show up prepared, and document the work. That means:
- Contact details. Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Service address. The home where we do the work.
- Service history. What we did, when, and any notes from the visit.
- Home-systems documentation. Photos and notes about the equipment in your home (your HVAC unit, water heater, and similar), so you have a record and we can service it well over time.
- Payment. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it. We receive only a confirmation of payment and basic billing details.
- Scheduling info. When you pick a visit time through Calendly, we receive the appointment details you enter.
- Messages. Any questions or messages you send us.
How we use it
- To deliver and document the services you book
- To schedule your visit and send reminders, including transactional text messages about your appointment
- To answer your questions
- To improve the service we provide
- To send marketing email, but only if you signed up for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, and each one only does its named job:

We do not sell your personal data. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team, or our business.
Cookies
Our site uses functional cookies only, the kind that keep the site working. We do not run third-party ad trackers on our site.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer so your service history and home documentation stay useful to you. If you want it deleted, just ask and we will delete it, apart from records we are required to keep by law (like tax records).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your personal information
Email javier@apexhome.care with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will take care of it.
Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
