These are the terms for booking a service with APEX Home. We wrote them the way we run the business: plain, fair, and in your favor wherever we could make them so. Booking a service means you agree to them.
Who you're hiring
APEX Home is the trade name of Apex Residential LLC, a Texas limited liability company (file no. 806563509), based in Celina, Texas. When you book a service through apexhome.care, you are hiring Apex Residential LLC.
Booking and payment
All services are prepaid online through Stripe, our payment processor. Your booking is confirmed when your payment completes. After checkout, you pick your visit time through the Calendly scheduling link we provide. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Service area
We serve Celina and Prosper, Texas. If an order comes in from outside our service area, we will let you know and refund it in full.
Our guarantee and refunds
100% happy or it's free. If you are not happy with your visit for any reason, tell us within 7 days of the visit and we will refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- Reschedule: free anytime with 24 or more hours of notice before your visit.
- Cancel: anytime before the visit for a full refund.
Your part
To do our best work, we need a few things from you:
- Safe access to the home and the areas we will be working in
- For setup and installation work, the materials or items to be installed on site when we arrive
- Someone 18 or older present during the visit, or documented permission for us to enter
Our workmanship
We treat your home like our own. If we cause damage while working in your home, we make it right. Tell us and we will handle it.
Liability limit
To the extent Texas law allows, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a service is capped at the amount you paid for the service at issue.
Customer-supplied items
When we install items you provide (a TV, a ceiling fan, shelving, and the like), we stand behind the installation. Defects in the product itself are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by us. If something we installed comes loose or was installed wrong, that is on us and we will fix it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
