Is this a home inspection?
No. The Move-In Concierge is a documentation and registration service, not a home inspection. Texas requires a TREC license for home inspections, which produce a formal Property Inspection Report. APEX provides hospitality, documentation, and registration only..... we don't produce inspection reports, don't assess defects, and don't replace a licensed Texas home inspection.
What does the appointment look like?
An APEX hospitality technician arrives at your home for 3-4 unhurried hours, on the date you choose. You don't need to be present for all of it. We work independently for most of the visit, then meet with you for the final thirty minutes to walk you through your binder, your APEX portal, and your personalized care calendar. Within ten days of the appointment, your premium printed binder is hand-delivered to your kitchen counter.
Is this a subscription?
No. The Move-In Concierge is a one-time purchase of $297 for one residence. After your welcome, APEX also offers the APEX Care Plan for ongoing quarterly home maintenance, but it's separate, optional, and never auto-billed without your decision.
How does scheduling work?
Right after checkout, you'll receive a link to our live availability calendar. You see APEX's real-time openings, reserve the window that works for you, and the appointment is locked the moment you click..... no back-and-forth, no waiting for a call. Scheduling early keeps manufacturer warranty windows wide open and gets your home documented before settling-in routines take over. (APEX officially opens on July 4, 2026.)
