Your machines are seated and leveled so they don't walk or rattle on the spin cycle. On a pedestal? Add mounting above and we secure them to it.

Fill hoses on hot and cold, the drain set right, and the dryer vent connected and clamped so it actually vents outside.

We power it up, run it, and check for leaks and proper drainage before we call it done, no surprises after we leave.

Why it matters

A bad hookup is how laundry rooms flood.

A washer that isn't level walks across the floor and works its hoses loose. A fill line that isn't tightened right, or a vent that isn't clamped, is exactly how you end up with water on the floor or lint packed in the wall. We take the few extra minutes to seat it solid, connect every line properly, and run it before we leave, so you can start a load and not think twice about it.

Good to know

A few honest answers.

Do I need to buy anything?
You supply the small parts, the dryer vent tube with clamps, the dryer power cord, and the washer fill hoses. Most folks already have these. If it's easier, Javier can pick them up and just add them to your total at cost. Text 214.267.9232 if you're not sure what you need.
What is the pedestal add-on?
If your washer or dryer sits on a storage pedestal, we mount and secure it to the pedestal for $49 per machine, just add it above. If yours sit right on the floor, skip it and you stay at the base rate.
Do the old units need to be out first?
It's smoothest if the old washer and dryer are already disconnected and moved out of the way before we arrive, so we can go straight to setting and hooking up the new ones. If you need them moved too, just mention it and we'll plan the time for it.
How long does it take?
We plan for about two hours so nothing is rushed and everything gets tested. Often we're done sooner, which is exactly how we like it.
