Most of what we do has a published, per-item price..... a fan, a fixture, a mirror on the wall. But some lists do not work that way. They are long, they are mixed, or nobody is quite sure what is behind the drywall until someone opens it up. When the list is bigger than the list of prices, you buy a block of our time instead, and we work straight down it until the block is done.
Longer blocks cost less per hour. A short visit still carries the same drive out, the same setup and the same teardown, so two hours runs $139.50 an hour, a half day runs $124.75, and a full day runs $112.38. The more of the day you book, the cheaper every hour of it gets.

The list gets prioritized with you, worked in order, and written down. What does not get finished, you will know about before we leave, in writing, with what it needs.
