How long does it take?
We set aside about 2 hours for your visit so we are never rushed and the job is done right. In practice we usually finish sooner, which is exactly how we like it.
Do you clean the indoor unit too?
This service focuses on the outdoor condenser, the drain line, and a full performance check. We do not open the indoor air handler. If we spot something inside that needs attention during the performance check, we’ll tell you.
What about my air filter?
We document your filter size and condition for your records. Filter replacement isn’t included by default (so we never show up with the wrong size), but we’re happy to swap it if you have your filter on hand, or tell us the size when you book.
